Be careful out there this summer. As summer temperatures rise and more drivers crowd the road, tensions can quickly escalate. Road rage between two Florida men got out of control as one man hit the other with an SUV

Road rage ends with Florida man getting hit by SUV

Police officers in Florida responded to a road rage incident around 3:20 PM that resulted in gunfire as one man was intentionally hit by an SUV.

The driver of a Jeep Compass was waiting to turn left out of a parking lot as a Buick sedan turned left, right in front of the Jeep. The Buick driver, Anthony Williams, parked as the Jeep driver, Raesean Poole, backed up to confront him.

Allegedly, Williams didn’t use his turn signal. Surveillance footage shows Poole starting to drive away several times but stopping to continue arguing.

According to Fox News, Williams and a teenage passenger exited the Buick. Williams allegedly flashed a gun at Poole. Then Poole accelerated, striking Williams in the leg. Also, he crashed into a stop sign and a tree.

The teenager grabbed the gun and fired into Poole’s Jeep SUV. Poole was charged with aggravated battery with a motor vehicle. Williams only suffered minor injuries and may not face charges.

He legally owns the gun that was used during the incident. The teenager who fired the gun has been charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.

This incident could have been avoided if Poole let the lack of turn signal use go. The Buick didn’t even block him from turning or cut him off.
